1920s Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the 1920s platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to periodic revisions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 1920s platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.
These terms constitute a legal and binding agreement between you as a user and 1920s as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any amendments means acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is intended for individual use only by persons aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use is legal under the laws of your local jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted only one account on the 1920s platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. 1920s reserves the right to verify user identity at any time, especially before processing withdrawals. Verification documents may include copies of identity cards, proof of address, or other relevant documents.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity occurring through your account will be considered your own. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 1920s support immediately.
- Passwords must contain at least eight characters, combining letters and numbers.
- Do not share your login details with any third party.
- Logging out of your account after using a shared device.
- Enable two-factor authentication if available for extra security.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the 1920s platform, users agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. Strictly prohibited actions on this platform include:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to bypass, attack, or disrupt the platform’s security systems.
- Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
- Using someone else’s account or sharing your account with third parties.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal financial activities.
- Abusing promotions, offers, or reward systems on the platform in an improper manner.
Breaching any of the rules above may result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts, and 1920s reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All transactions on the 1920s platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, and local bank transfers.
Users are responsible for ensuring the bank account details provided are accurate and belong to them. 1920s is not liable for any losses caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information submitted by the user.
All deposits are final once credited to your account. Withdrawal minimums and processing times apply as stated on your account page. 1920s reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawals for investigation prior to approval.
Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user. 1920s does not cover transaction fees imposed by your bank or digital wallet.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Liability Limits
1920s is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or system downtime.
1920s’ maximum liability to any user will not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days prior to the liability claim. Using the platform is at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
1920s reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Reporting fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.
- Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the specified timeframe.
- Inactive for more than twelve consecutive months without any transactions.
If an account is closed due to violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the outcome of internal investigations. Users have the right to appeal account closure decisions through official 1920s support channels.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1920s platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and software code, is the exclusive property of 1920s or its licensors. Users are not allowed to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 1920s has no control over third-party content or policies and is not responsible for any losses resulting from using such services. Users are advised to read the third party’s terms and privacy policies before use.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
1920s reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via the platform or registered email. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia.
